Kenshiro for Killer Instinct!

I'm no fighting game enthusiast, but I watched the entire "Fist of the North Star" anime from start to finish, and I think Kenshiro would be a welcome addition to the Double Helix Games/ Iron Galaxy title "Killer Instinct" for XBox One. I understand that the staff and crew behind this game will need permission from FotNS creators Tetsuo Hara and Buronson (as well as possibly Toei Company/Toei Animation) to include Kenshiro in Killer Instinct's upcoming third season, and getting in touch with them is vital to the outcome of this petition. If anyone knows how to get through to Tetsuo Hara, Buronson, and/or the staff of Killer Instinct, please sign the petition and/or leave their contact info so I may also try to talk to them myself.
