Is there anything that can be done or a place to sign etc for bringing something to Andover for the kids. Every other town has splash pads or some kind of water feature play area without lifeguards why can’t we doesn’t even need to be big or could even do with a few put in? Travelling in this heat to get to places is literally the worst but people are willing to so shows its wanted, so many places have space with parking like Chalton, Picket  Twenty, town park etc. Is this something for the council?
