Paragraph 2: What is at stake? Fair Market value as Tesla dropped prices by 20% on these cars overnight. Car as an asset depreciates that much after 1yr or so of usage and by this drastic price it happened overnight for some hours, days and few weeks for others, some of them didn't get their tags and titles yet.

Paragraph 3: Why is now the time to act? Time is essence we demand justice from Elon Musk on ethics ground to do something at least provide free FSD (Full Self Driving) software assistance in lieu of the price cut to give some relief to recent buyers as new hardware to support already there,  if his intend on price drop was to increase the sales of the car. It's very unfair to the people who purchased and see price go down by 20% within days.Though price cuts are good, the way TESLA pushed the year end sales at higher prices creating artificial demand knowingly hiding the inventory surplus was bad.
