Tesla have taken away the ability to lower the regeneration, also it uses its rear tires for most of the regen, making it so when you release the accelerator you may end up loosing the grip on the rear tires and causing a accident. 

Tesla needs to give users the abbiltiy to either adjust the regen or add a “snow” mode that actually configure itself for safe driving on slippery conditions.
