There's all sorts of people affected by the change over to self-service-card-only tills - disabled people, older people (like me) who have little confidence using card only tills, those who can only pay in cash - who have to queue for ages on a staffed till, carers who shop for clients in cash, those with mobility problems who have to join the staffed till queue.
