I write this petition, not just as a parent of Santa Ana High School, but also as a deeply disturbed member of the community. The community has witnessed an alarming rise in unethical and felonious conduct among the school staff under the current leadership. The staff in question, have been hired under her direct order, due to long stand friendships she holds with them. 

Additional factors opposing her standing as a principal include, allowing male students sleep over at her house, hiring staff due to friendships rather than educational values, diminishing student complaints regarding violent matters, and encouraging silence rather than voicing concerns.

It is distressing to see a school, once known for its values, witnessing such a significant downfall. It has been reported that since the arrival of the current principal, there have been noticeable cases of staff misconduct, directly correlating with students negative performance.

This worrying trend directly impacts the safety, learning environment and overall well-being of our children. 

Our school, a place supposed to foster a nurturing learning environment, has been sullied by repeated instances of misbehavior under the watch of the present principal. Being both an alumna and a parent, I am extremely apprehensive about the future of the students, and the reputation of our beloved institution. 

I want to draw everyone's attention to the seriousness of this burgeoning issue, and I am calling on the board of trustees and the district superintendent to conduct a thorough investigation. If the claims hold, the authority should consider terminating the principal, or take actions deemed appropriate, in order to restore the dignity and safety of our school.

We cannot stand by while our school's reputation and our children's future are at stake. Let's unite in this fight against mismanagement in our school. Please sign this petition to ensure that our children's future remains in safe hands.
