One could argue that teachers are the backbone of our education system, putting in place the foundations on which people build their futures. If these foundations are not strong, the consequences can be disastrous, potentially damaging a student's love for learning. A study by the American Psychological Association reveals that ineffective teaching methods can lead to lower self-esteem, discouraging students from engaging in the learning process entirely (APA, 2009). Given the severity of the potential impact, we, the affected students, urge the school administration to consider our plea seriously.
