I have decided to cancel this legal petition. The reasons for this are:

The objective of the petition will still be met from complaints from future and prospective employees of Gilman Burger King. Enough complaints and incidents involving the Assistant Manager Jessica Bartholomew, will eventually result in her termination.

(a) The end-result here, allows the objective to still be met, but without the hassle and funds invested for a mailing campaign to procure signatures.

(b) While it is true future male employees will suffer at the hands of this person, including negatively effecting their job positions and employments, as well as possible arrest by her lies she tells the Circuit Clerk's office to get a false restraining order on men she makes advances on in the workplace, the fact remains that the more men she does this to, the greater her problems will be, the greater the threat to her position will be, the more word will get out to everyone will be, and the more people involved to address this community concern and eradicate it will be. 

Letting the matter fester and play itself out will eventually resolve the threat she poses to employees on it's own, while I can direct my money, time, focus, and administration on other community concerns on a larger scale.
