By bringing back the death penalty for convicted terrorists, rapists, acid attackers and murderers we can reduce the tax payers cost and man power in prisons.  It sends a strong message to would be criminals and gives justice to victims knowing the risk of repeat atrocities, is removed by the legal system when offenders are executed.
