Every day people are looking for pets. They even purchase pets. Every day a pet lands in the wrong hands. On Wednesday June 23rd  and left a 9 month old and a 5 week old Marmoset monkeys in a hot car for 5 hours. The 9 month old Kiki was poorly cared for and did not deserve being left alone in a car while her parents went to a water park. 5week old baby boy was seriously dehydrated to the point he all most lost his life. This petition is to ask Tennessee Courts to give justice to those helpless babies that wasn’t even cared for properly or even top priority. 
We are asking the judge to sentence to maximum sentence. With the removal of remaining pets.
 and proved the water park was so much more important then caring for their Monkeys. This is cold blooded murder this was intentional harm to a monkey.  is trying to use diabetes as an excuse to leaving the monkeys in the car for 5 hours. Let’s stop these psychopaths before they harm another animal.
