The city of Tempe ordered me to cut down a pine tree. It still had new growth but I complied.  I then had a sculpture made from the trunk but now they say it has to be removed. I don’t think this should be acceptable. Neighbors have complimented my creativity to a problem but the city says otherwise. We need to stop their unwarranted invasion of homeowners property.
