Hey frustrated cell users in Kingston East, I got some good news this morning from my contact at Telus. He took the time to ask his network technicians about the situation and got this back:

This region has previously been flagged by both Bell and TELUS as an Area of Concern a few years ago.With this being said, Doug(who travels this area) has stated that this service issue has gotten worse approximately 6 months ago.

I plan to visit sometime this week to collect data & assess the severity of service from street level in this region and if needed, will escalate to Bell.

Bell currently has upcoming build projects to densify cellular coverage in this zone, with a scheduled completed date of all sites occurring by the end of July 2022.  

We will not know the extent of coverage these new small cells/sites will bring until finalization of the project.
At this time a re-drive will be completed to gauge improvement achieved by this cell densification addition. 

So clearly we are on their radar. Wish they'd taken these steps five years ago, but this is welcome news.
