We who live in Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, and the surrounding area are sick and tired of our spotty cell phone service. During the summer tourist season, you can’t even use your phone at all on the weekends when tourists flood the area. Not being able to get service three days a week (Friday through Sunday) is unacceptable. In addition, service is very spotty year round seven days a week because there are numerous dead zones all over. It’s not only frustrating to have no cell service, but it is dangerous in case of an emergency.

Our individual calls to cell phone carriers—if you’re lucky enough to be able to make a call—have repeatedly fallen on deaf ears, so let’s band together and demand that we get what we are paying for. This is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed by Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, and they are ignoring us, acting like it’s a personal issue with your phone…that it’s only happening to you.
