Fans deserve better!

Right now, concertgoers who bought expensive tickets early — often under pressure and without full information — are stuck paying sky-high prices even as ticket costs drop.

At Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” tour and many other events, ticket prices on the resale market have fallen sharply. But fans who acted in good faith and bought early have no way to adjust — no way to exchange their expensive tickets for cheaper options, even when better seats are available.

As one Beyonce fan Paul Poulos Jr. who is about to attend “Cowboy Carter” wrote: "I am so upset at @Ticketmaster’s policies. Paid $281 for a 300-section @Beyonce ticket, and wanted to upgrade to 100-section. They cannot do it because the ticket is $20 CHEAPER than what I paid. I said I would forfeit the difference and they refused. Something has to be done!"

This isn’t right. Fans should be treated fairly, not punished for their loyalty.

We call on Ticketmaster to create a fair and transparent ticket exchange policy that allows customers to swap their original tickets for cheaper ones when prices fall before the event — just like airlines, hotels, and other industries often allow price adjustments.

If we want to upgrade to better seats, we should be able to - especially if the tickets are at a cheaper price!

Artists deserve full houses. Fans deserve fairness. Ticketmaster must fix this broken system.
