Friday 2/4/2016 Dear Dan Bode, Thank you for you call on 30/3/2016 to inform me that Chim Chim had been Executed last week. I have posted and emailed Court of appeal documents as I mention in court several weeks ago that I would appeal DO NOT DESTROY and return him to his owners un-harmed. I was not allowed for the entire time 10 months + to have any visits or my family based on a presumption by a neighbour that you have failed to produce a signed deposition of any complaint or to prove. I was denied an independent vet to check Chim Chim and I repeatedly have asked to do so. My pet was stolen without my vet first checking Chim Chim or getting the opportunity to do so.. I did not authorize or consent for my private property to be destroyed and arbitration does not give you the authority to do so. Could you please send me written confirmation of when Chim Chim was Executed and the details of the Vet.
