There are 2 dogs, one is missing a leg and senior! The property also has goats, chickens and possible more animal hidden behind a small trailer where the dogs are housed in! The owner Angel Middlemiss does not live on or near the property.  Photos show no one cares for these animals for days!! There was a horse there standing in mud with no hay and the prior DCO (stated he observed frozen buckets of water and has demanded owner take action to care for animals properly, the horse is gone now) and there's a new DCO, MAURICE LAROCK, who threatens concerned people with arrest if anyone goes on the property, AND claims animals are cared for. BUT NOT CONSISTENTLY SIR!!! 

The new DCO also stated his ONLY concern is the dogs and has no control over the livestock.  He DOESN'T KNOW WHO TO CONTACT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, ALTHOUGH THE PROPERTY IS NOT ZONED FOR LIVESTOCK! HE also stated JUDGE DOESN'T CARE and doesn't intend to DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! DCO ALSO STATED he doesn't know who to contact regarding the agricultural law of livestock that may be in a cruelty situation! Why is he a DCO if he has no regard for animal suffering and has no knowledge of cruelty laws?

Angel Middlemiss has been cited for animal cruelty in prior years. However The town Judges in  NORFOLK NY don't follow their own zoning laws BUT WORSE, have no empathy for any animal! Even after numerous concerns, nothing is being done! 

The conditions for adequate care are not being met consistently!! Frozen water and hay, no bedding or adequate shelter, only a lean-to and tarps? No shelter for chickens. 

Tell NORFOLK TOWN JUDGE & DCO, we DEMAND these animals are cared for properly DAILY and LIVESTOCK be removed from property within 30 days! Now that there is a new DCO, the animals on this property are in a precarious situation again! Witnesses have observed daily, proof no one is caring for these animals on a consistent basis!! 

Time for ANGEL MIDDLEMISS TO FIND HOMES FOR THESE ANIMALS SO THEY CAN LIVE A CRUELTY FREE LIFE! Also time for Maurice Larock (DCO) to take action after multiple complaints and concerns over at least a 2 year period,  have been reported and to date THE ANIMALS ARE STILL SUFFERING on a property not zone for livestock.
