With your support, in September of 2020, we submitted this very petition with over 12,000 names to the FDA urging them to change course! When we didn't get a response, we took your names to an in-person protest at FDA headquarters. We also led letters, organized congressional action, and educated the public. All of our efforts together have paid off today!

The FDA has announced that, effective immediately, both medication abortion and miscarriage patients would be able to access mifepristone via delivery from their providers or through mail-order pharmacies.

Thanks to YOU, we have secured this tremendous victory that will ensure that patients and providers are protected during the pandemic. It also made clear what we’ve known for years: mifepristone is a very safe, very effective option that should not be subject to politically motivated, medically unnecessary restrictions designed to limit access.
