Tell the FA to ban men from playing in women's football teams.

Tell the FA to ban men from playing in women's football teams.
The Issue
The Football Association must implement the right it has in the Equality Act 2010 to bar men from playing in women's football teams. It is ignoring the conclusion of the 2021 Sports Councils' Equality Group report that 'it is not possible to maintain fairness and safety in sport for females if trans-identifying males are also allowed into female categories.'
Rugby and some other sports have made women's teams women only, as their governing bodies recognise a duty of care to women and girls. Men who say they are women are still men. It is unfair and insulting that men take women's places and put their safety at risk, when men's physical development is clearly different.
Now a 17 year old girl has been disciplined by the FA for asking a bearded adult on the opposition team if he was a man. The girl spoke to the referee at half time about her “concern for [my] safety after suffering a number of overly physical challenges”. She was reported by the opposing team to Kick It Out, who referred the matter to the FA but did not invite the young woman to give her side. The FA convened a National Serious Case Panel who found her guilty of ‘discrimination’ and gave her a 6-match ban.
Do you think it is fair to punish a woman for daring to question if a man….is a man?
This is NOT about trans ID people's right to play sport. All of the men currently in women's sports can play in the correct male category.

The Sports Councils' Equality Group conducted a comprehensive review of this issue, published in September 2021 on their website along with new guidance. They concluded that it is not possible to maintain fairness and safety in sport for females if trans-identifying males are also allowed into female categories.
This is not a small problem. Each male competitor has an impact on many women, who may be deterred by the loss of privacy or because it is just not fun or not fair any more. This policy is not inclusive because it leads to the exclusion and self-exclusion of women and girls. There is extensive evidence of this in the report from Fair Play For Women. The report also shows how people feel they dare not object.
