Yet more scientific evidence proving Walker’s 3600 unit development will be built over public foreshore parkland currently housing a thriving koala population.

Meanwhile out over Moreton Bay, instead of the 40 ha Ramsar-listed intertidal wetland housing rich marine, plant and shorebird life, this sanctuary will be stolen from us and its bountiful beauty buried by self-interested globe-wrecking greed.

It’s distressing that planning frameworks can lock the public out of the opportunity to have equal engagement rights to a developer for something as critical as the future of Moreton Bay.

It’s not too late to consider the negative social, economic and environmental impacts this development will have on local residents and infrastructure services, as well as Moreton Bay’s enviable multi-billion tourism, fishing, cultural, recreation, scientific etc industry.

There’s no excuse for not acting to protect the Moreton Bay Marine Park and these beautiful koalas which are under threat Australia-wide.

Save Toondah Today for Moreton Bay’s tomorrow!
