Smith to immediately terminate Investigator Roane for his reckless use of a lethal weapon and his senseless act of violence when he shot and killed the Ray family pet, 7-year-old German Shepard, Jax on Sunday, September 24 who was on a leash in the family's yard. Tell Sheriff Smith to not cover up this act of police misconduct!
