As you read this, Congress is negotiating the must-pass 2025 budget for the Department of Defense (DOD). 
 
Earlier this year, with your help, we successfully united Republicans and Democrats to include language in the bill blocking the DOD from funding dog and cat experiments where puppies are poisoned and kittens are electro-shocked. 
 
Now, we have just a few days left to ensure this measure de-funding DOD dog and cat testing is included in the final bill that makes it to the President’s desk. 
 
Please take a few moments to send a pre-written email to Congress. Ask them to end wasteful spending on dog and cat tests in the final FY25 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
