Mr. Johnson uses demeans the Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transgender-Queer community by promoting them in a negative manner. His channel "=3" is one of the most subscribed to channels on Youtube.com, which means that many people are receiving the message that demeaning LGBTQ people is okay.
An example of something that Mr Johnson's negativity toward the LGBTQ community is above in his video titled "Gay Bug".
