Maryland Delegate Sam Arora, a Democrat who initially was a cosponsor of legislation in the state that would legalize marriage equality and recognize civil rights for same-sex couples, has now said that he's unsure how he'll vote on marriage equality legislation in Maryland in 2012. Del. Arora could be the deciding vote on this issue.
