Tell Governor Schwarzenegger to Sign the California DREAM Act of 2010
Tell Governor Schwarzenegger to Sign the California DREAM Act of 2010
Why this petition matters

Gil Cedillo’s SB 1460 would allow United States citizens and undocumented AB-540 students in California the ability to compete for state financial aid and qualify for a BOG waiver.
It does not automatically grant benefits to anyone.
Governor Schwarzenegger has vetoed this well-intentioned bill for three years, citing fiscal concerns. He has 12 days to sign this into law or veto it again. He has nothing to lose and this is possibly his last chance to do the right thing for immigrant students in California.
1. Sign on to this email directed to the Governor of California asking him to finally sign the CA DREAM Act into law
2. Tweet the Governor to sign the CA DREAM Act into law.
3. Call his Sacramento office 916-445-2841 and ask him to support the CA DREAM ACT, SB 1460 because hard-working AB-540 students deserve equal opportunity.
