New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie underestimates the importance of overnight PATH service. Christie proved this by endorsing a report by the Governors of NJ and NY that proposes eliminating overnight PATH service.  This 1am "curfew" will significantly affect our jobs,  local businesses, and our personal lives.  Please join me in signing this petition for Port Authority to guarantee the PATH overnight service.

The PATH train — which connects New York City with Jersey City, Newark, Harrison and Hoboken — is one of the busiest mass transit systems in the country, averaging 73 million annual riders over the past five years. Late night train operation is a key selling point for our New Jersey cities, not just for recreational use but also for working families who rely on the service to provide for their families.
