On 11/21/16, a Denver District Court Judge, declined to dismiss the law suit brought by JD MacFarlne ,Plaintiff and his Attorney, Aaron Goldhamer (pictured here), asking the court to prevent the City of Denver from using historic City Park Golf Course as an "industrial-level storm water management project."
