Well this has been an exciting day, with six more companies announcing that they would stop their discount programs with the NRA: American National Insurance Delta ParamountRX Starkey Hearing Technologies Toco Warranty United Republic Bank, which does the NRA prepaid VISA card, told Business Insider that it would be dropping its NRA partnership, but I would like to see more definitive proof before removing them from this petition and my google doc. Also, Wild Apricot has been telling people on Twitter that they don't have a relationship with the NRA, but that phrasing seems odd as clearly they had one at one time. I would like to see them say more clearly "we are ending our relationship." So keeping them in for the time being. As I write this we are at almost 23,000 signers to this petition. Which is really quite amazing. Please keep spreading the word, because our efforts are clearly working and we are making a difference!
