A developer has submitted a proposal for a 7-story (84 feet) apartment complex in the center of downtown Wheaton, bound by the streets Willow Ave, Hale St, Liberty Dr and Wheaton Ave.

Our message is simple: 

• We support development
• We DO NOT support a zoning variance allowing for 7 stories when the site is zoned for 4 stories/50 feet.
