As all of you know that in BSNL prepaid mobile connection customer has to recharge for every 180 days to extend the validity of their sim for another 180 days. If the customer fails to recharge within a stipulated period of 15 days after completion of 180 days, his mobile connection gets deactivated. Where as all other private telephone operators have stopped this kind of recharge for extension of validity of the sim. They have already cancelled this kind of recharge system a long back, giving long validity period of around 10 - 20yrs to their customers. But where as this recharge for validity extension is still prevailing in BSNL, there by causing inconvenience to its customers. So I urge TRAI to look into this issue & do the needful for the sake of BSNL prepaid mobile subscribers. So I request all the BSNL prepaid mobile subscribers to support & sign my petition to cancel validity extension STV recharge system. Thank you all for your support.
