Over the past three years, we as telcoiners have used kucoin almost exclusively as our centralized exchange of choice, exchanging tens of billions of USD worth of volume, paying Kucoin tens of millions of USD in fees, and driving tens if not hundreds of thousands of users to your platform. 

As users, we have and will continue to use Kucoin for trading. However, Telcoin has migrated to the Polygon Network. We request Kucoin to enable TEL deposit and withdrawal services directly to and from the Polygon Network, so we can participate and move seamlessly between Telcoin and Kucoin without incurring excess time and costs.
