Minimum wages For Nurses who are working in private hospitals

SUB: Request to speed up the action to be taken on recommendation of the committee constituted under ministry of health and family welfare vide order no.Z-29011/15/2013-N DATED 24.O2.2016-regarding

sir /madam,

We NURSING OFFICER'S ASSOCIATION request you to speed up the actions to be taken on the recommendation of the committee constituted under ministry of health and welfare (vide order No: Z-29011/15/2013-N dated 24.02.2016 in compliance of HON'BLE apex court JUDGMENT dated 29.01.2016 in W.P.(C)527/2011
The committee recommendations included the following:
⏩ In case of less than 200 beded HOSPITALS, salary given to private NURSE'S should be at par with the salary of state Government NURSE'S given in the concerned STATE/UT for the similar corresponding grade
⏩ In case of less than 100 beded HOSPITALS, salary given to private NURSE'S should not be more than 10% less in comparison of the salary of State Government NURSE'S given in the concerned STATE/UT for the similar corresponding grade
⏩In case of 50-100 beded HOSPITALS, salary given to private NURSE'S should not me more than 25% less comparison of the salary of state Government NURSE'S given in the concerned STATE /UT for the corresponding grade.
⏩salary given to private NURSE'S should not be less than Rs.20,000/- pm in case even for less than 50 beded HOSPITALS.
2) WORKING CONDITIONS: Transportation, accommodation,ete. given to NURSE'S should be at par with the benefits granted to state Government. NURSE'S working in the concerned STATE/UTs.
3)steps should be taken by all STATE'S /UTs for formulating legislation/guidelines to be adopted for implementation of the above recommendation in case of  Nurse's working in private HOSPITALS/institution's.
