The Cave is based in Teignmouth in the Eastcliff Car Park. We provide music rehearsal studios and equipment for 100+ people a week from aged eleven to 92 and has been running since 2009. It is named 'The Cave' after the second track released by homegrown superstars Muse, who grew up and started their musical careers in the town.
We are affordable and accessed by all sorts of groups of people from a high footfall from teenagers to working people as well as the retired, disabled and adults with special needs.

Teignbridge Council served two weeks notice this week announcing that the Eastcliff community centre will close on the 29th January.
This will allow the centre to be demolished to make 20 new car parking spaces. It's part of a larger project and the regeneration of Northumberland Place, which will mean less car parking in the town centre.

Fact:
Without a home - even for 6 months - we will lose a proportion of musicians in this town - especially teenagers and pensioners. These musicians/bands do not have transportation or are not as mobile.
