Reopen the Investigation into Seth Lysinge's Death

Reopen the Investigation into Seth Lysinge's Death
The Issue
Seth Lysinge was a good friend and a good person, he was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone I knew loved Seth and I had never seen anyone have any issues with him.
On Thursday 13th August 2020, Seth had gone missing, he was last seen around Teesside University area in Middlesbrough town in the late afternoon. On the evening of Wednesday 19th August around 8:40pm, Seth's body was found in the River Tees near Riverside Stadium.
It's very unfortunate how he has passed away. We still don't know the truth about what happened to him. Not only do we need justice for his death but we need the truth.
The truth about Seth's death is still unknown to us all but the fact is that we failed to protect an innocent young man. The police have made little to no effort in saving his life. They didn't even want to investigate when he went missing at first. They said there was no reason to as he always seemed like a happy person. The police closed off the investigation as a suicide but have not looked further into the case. They have not found out why Seth who we had always seen as a happy person had suddenly felt like life was no longer worth living. The police definitely have not investigated properly and said that there is "nothing suspicious" about his death. I'm sure that me and almost everyone who knew Seth would agree that there is definitely something suspicious about his death so I don't understand why the police would refuse to properly investigate the death of an innocent young black man. We need the truth.
If he was depressed and going through a lot mentally then why was he not offered support by the university? The university had him up as missing on their website but shortly after had taken it down because they were too worried about their "reputation". Is the reputation of the university is really more important than the life of one of their students? Not just any student as well, a good student and a good person who had paid over £20,000 to a university that had failed to protect him. Seth's family sent him to England all the way from Cameroon in hopes that he'd have a better life and education here and now they're informed with the heartbreaking news that he is dead. The investigation into Seth's death should be reopened. Seth deserves justice and we must get justice for him. The truth is still unknown and we deserve the truth.
