Department of Agriculture, Commissioner Nikki Fried headed out the past Sandblaster Rollercoaster accident , and though there were no fatalities, the urgency to permanently shut down the ride was inevitable. We need the same conclusion in the case of Mr. Tyre Sampson's untimely, and avoidable death.
