The Issue

This needs to be address as many dogs suffer because they are subject to cold temperatures that are not suited for a domestic animal.
Dogs are not artic animals, artic animals are built for those conditions, this is a ever growing problem which domestic dogs are suffering at the hands of dog owners that just don't want to realize that they are actually causing harsh and cruel punishment. 
This is Zeus whose owner has left outside on a chain in extreme cold weather, the state’s agriculture law 353-b section 353-B prohibits animals from being kept outside in such conditions, but that local officials are not enforcing the law properly.

Eddie CintronPetition StarterI have had experience in radio broadcasting and I am using that experience for the greater cause of advocating for our canines that are being shot by police officers cause they do not have the proper training to handle a unfamiliar canine. I was raised in Rochester, New York and have always advocated for those causes don't seemed to not get addressed properly.
