Asking Team NINJA/KoeiTecmo to release the I'M A FIGHTER and Marie Rose Red Bull Costume R

The Issue

Dead or Alive 5: Last Round has been a well supported fighting game by its fans and developers. Many of us know that there is a plethora or DLC, mostly costumes, for the game's characters, namely the females, but males don't get skipped over entirely. Six Season Passes/New Costume Passes  in, one would usually think buying all of this and the Ultimate Content Set (all of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate's DLC placed into one bundle) would give them all of the costumes to use in the game. This is surprisingly not the case, and this petition is here to help convince Team NINJA and KoeiTecmo to release the elusive costumes that have never been made available to all.

The motto for the whole Dead or Alive 5 series of games has been "I'm a Fighter". This has been shown in their promotional material as well as on the cheerleader costumes that are unlockable for most of the female cast. (Momiji, Rachel, Marie Rose, Phase 4, Nyotengu, Honoka, Naotora Ii, and Mai have theirs in the Traning Gear and character name Debut Costume set respectively.) To me, using "I'm a Fighter" as a slogan is very open ended. Aren't all of us playing this game technically "fighters"? I ask this as the "I'm a Fighter" costumes for Kasumi and Marie Rose have only been made available, thus far, for tournament attendees, and for those who were in Japan and went to the Dead or Alive Festival in 2016. While it is nice to praise high level play and people that make the time to go to special events, it is an extremely small pool of players. What about those of us who have jobs/careers, school, families, or any combination of the three, that do not permit us the time or money for such liberties? What about all of the online warriors out there who have dedicated many hours of play time to reach high ranks? What about all of the Season Pass/New Costume Pass holders that own some (if not all) of the  available Season Passes/New Costume Passes? What about Xbox One players in general? The "I'm a Fighter" costumes don't even appear in the online store at all, and have not yet been made available. Are we not all "fighters" in our own right by showing support for this game by purchasing its DLC? Also, what about fans of Kasumi and Marie Rose? As two of the most popular characters of the game, and almost being the "faces" of the game, shouldn't players and fans have at least a little time to get their exclusive costumes? (I will not mention the Kasumi Ragnarok Odyssey ACE and Marie Rose Red Bull Costume: B directly as these costumes were made available for a short time to all players. As these costumes are no longer available at the present time of writing this petition, they can be considered part of this petition's goal as well.)

Now, with all these questions, and before negativity starts to set in, what can we ask to be done about this? The answers are quite simple. Here are a few possible solutions:

1. Release the costumes for free for a limited time, as they have done in the past.

2. Release the costume and charge a fee. (1.99 USD for Marie Rose Red Bull Costume: R, 2.99 USD for the "I'm a Fighter" costumes)

3. Make the costumes as part of the contents of a Season Pass/New Costume Pass. (Not excluding being the exclusive costumes from purchasing the Season Pass/New Costume Pass.)

4. Update the game to make the costumes unlockable and remove them from the store. (If this is possible.)

5. Give the codes for those who enter their Design Challenge, (where fans can draw Halloween costumes for the characters to hopefully be used in the game) when they submit designs as a way of promoting the contest and a way to get more designs to come in.

These are all mostly simple ways of getting these available to the players that have supported Dead or Alive 5 Last Round. I believe that all of us that play and enjoy the game should have a right to obtain these at some point because it takes all of us, not just a small selection of players, to keep this game from truly going DOA.
