Our H1B coworkers have been essential to the success of your companies, creating immeasurable impact and value for the entire US economy, and we demand you provide the protections for their families that you would expect of your own. Your employees pay taxes, have children in school, and have built whole lives here. 

Fear-based leadership is bad for business

No one can do their best work in a fear-based environment. It is reprehensible for tech leadership to continue to profit from the hard work of immigrants while working conditions are increasingly destabilized.  

Take a stand against xenophobia

Leadership must take a stand against the increasing xenophobia directly impacting our workforce. Bowing down to policies that increasingly dehumanize and demoralize workers is not just bad for business and innovation, it’s bad for humanity.
