Hello Dear ATHP company and developers teamspeak!

I ask the company Teamspeak USA to fight with pirate servers and dishonest ATHP. Your inaction only worsens the situation, pirate hosting appear every day worldwide.

For many years pirate teamspeak servers operate in the network. All complaints are ignored by the developers. Moreover there are not just illegal servers but high-grade pirate hosting. But developers say the standard phrase:

Thank you for providing us with this information, we will investigate your report and take appropriate action if necessary.
All reports are confidential in nature and we will not disclose any information about your report.

which in reality leads to nothing, uptime of the servers speak for itself: 170 days 6 hours 32 minutes 12 seconds

The second part of the problem is the unfair advertising which ATHP companies use. Such hostings receive non-profit license and use it to advertise their service. Developers are inactive here aswell. Only I have sent complaint about one of the ATHP hosting 5 times already, as you can see there is no effect.

All of this are my personal experience with a company like Teamspeak USA, which does not meet the requirements to its partners and manages its business inadequate.

I demand from the developer:
1. React to all complaints within 1-5 days, do not respond to the complaint, but to solve it during this period.
2. If you found at least one domain name pirate server then immediately block this domain and any subdomain that connect to this address, for example, there is a pirate server TS: priora.crackts.comб we immediately suspending all subdomains and domains *.cracts.com. IP Blocking has no effect, the pirates change it within 5 minutes and server continues to work.
3. Create a page on your website teamspeak.com, where everyone can check the legality of any TS server on the Internet by entering the ip and port, or realize the available API for this purpose.
4. I'm not sure but I think it is possible to implement auto-ban for pirate servers, namely to implement in a TS client an opportunity to send information about the connected server (you can do this on by user's request, like a checkmark in the TS setup). With this developers will be able to check illegal teamspeak servers by using the user information and automatically block them.
5. Take away an ATHP license from host, which is involved in an dishonest advertising (using crack servers and non-profit license for advertising or sponsorship). You can come up with a system disorders (3 warning and further deprivation of the license forever).
Please send this petition to all your friends from ATHP companies, together we will achieve action from ts developers together.
