Submission date extended

Good morning (or as applicable) petitioners, some of you have asked for a little more time to sign as you spread the word.  Change.org has also received many contributions which further promote the petition, so we want to give those some publicity before we go to Xavier.  We suspect the Friday Herald Sun article has also helped boost the petition.  Thus rather than submit the petition yesterday as planned, we now intend to submit Monday. 

The petition will remain open for a time thereafter but we would love to get more signatures and comments over the weekend.
