The Coronavirus pandemic is still going on and was closed last school year because of how serious this virus was. Sign this petition to keep Schools closed this fall 2020, because the coronavirus has not calmed down in numbers and cases are constantly rising every day. This leaves students going to school having a risk to bring home the virus to their older family members who might not be able to survive it.

Imagine your child coming home and they have no symptoms of the virus, but the next two weeks you end up having all the symptoms and you have to go to the hospital. You find out that they caught the virus from another child and your child became a asymptomaticis carrier... Not only your child, but everyone they’ve spoken to, touched, or had any type of contact in the real life could be at risk of this virus now as well, because of going back to school.. 

Stores still have the 6 feet rule, where everyone has to stay 6 feet apart at all times, but if we go back to school and have 24 kids in one classroom with one teacher, that is breaking the rule and makes it dangerous for students, because they’re more likely to catch the virus, just like one of your students getting sick with a cough or a cold and someone else’s child goes home with it too, but worse. Students also share everything like scissors, glue, and opening up the drawer to get paper, so it spreads bacteria throughout the classroom. Not to mention everyone shares the same restrooms.....

Sign the petition to keep schools closed until the coronavirus pandemic has consistently cooled down. Please do not open up schools this fall 2020.
