We in Assam are known world wide for our tea but the irony is the main tea gardens in Assam are owned by Non-Assamese. There has been an increase in Marwadi people capitalizing in our gardens. They are monopolizing the tea industry soon it will be overrun by non-assamese. The bulk of the tea transported into warehouses in Kolkatta generating revenue for Kolkatta and not Assam. As assamese people we have pride in our tea but we cant let the indeginous assamese people be losers in these aspect. This is a petition that demands that all tea businesses around india must have an assamese or indeginous business partner. And that bulk of the assam ea must be stored in warehouses of assam. Providing business to assamese business men. Our Tea Our Right. Now is the time for BJP to show how much interest they have in our development. Sabka ka saath sabka vikaas. Abhi pehle Assam ka Vikaas. It's high time. Assam is ranked as the 5th poorest state in India. But are we really poor. NO we are not. Its cause all our resources have been plundered and sold back to us in an increased rate. We are rich in resources and now it is time for our people to enjoy the benefits of resources in our land.
