The proposed batch plant on Hwy 377 in Denton County will create an environmental, health and traffic hazard for all residents who live and work in the area. We are asking the city of Aubrey to deny the TxDOT driveway applicantion for this property, and for Denton County and TCEQ to deny or rescind any and all permits pertaining to a concrete batch plant at this location.
