In a court deposition from July 2016, Taylor Swift recounts her version of a 2013 encounter with former Dj David Mueller. In the transcript from the deposition, Taylor says that Mueller reached under her skirt and groped her during a meet-and-greet at a Colorado concert. Swift reports being "shocked and withdrawn" after the incident. 

"He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo, and it felt intentional that would be the time he would choose to do it" the transcript reads. The singer goes on to say "I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before… A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned."

Mueller sued Swift in 2013, saying he had been fired after he was accused of touching the singer inappropriately during the meet-and-greet. Swift later filed a counter suit for sexual assault and battery. 

In October of this year, a judge ruled in favour of Taylor when she requested the photo of her and Mueller during the meet-and-greet be kept under seal.

Recently TMZ posted an article leaking this photo that even a judge ruled the photo to be kept under seal. This same photo was also posted on their instagram when many of Swift's fans are already swooping to her rescue and demanding it be removed from the Internet as it is "an invasion of privacy" and "disgusting that it is on the Internet." Many of them going to the extent of even announcing that it is breaking the law.
