My Son and I are both suffering PTSD after a grave injustice from a Public Defenders violating my Sixth Amendment. I was held in Delco Prison for 11Months with 3 Different Versions of Story by a So-Called Victim.  The case had no probable cause to move forward from District Court with This Evidence,and lack of any prior offenses on my record. However I was told I needed to Plea-Out to 2-5yrs or risk getting 5-10! After being told this I petitioned to have the PD Jeffrey Bauer taken off my case,Denied.  I sent all evidence to another PD only to have it intercepted. My Rights to a Speedy and Just trial were signed away without my knowledge. I was asked to Plea-Out Nine Times prior to the Tenth In which Under Duress,Exhaustion and concern for My Son(Father passed while I was in ercerated) I plead out. I stood in front of the Judge crying the whole time as I plead out to crimes I did not commit,one of which was not even on police report. I received Misdemeanors with Felony time probation,Five Years and $15,000 in Fines,The Most Devastating was My Seperation with my Child,He and I are Both receiving therapy and IAM now strong enough to start taking action,Please Help Me and My Son get Justice and Stop this from Happening To Others!
