Tax-Free Equally Additional Income for all US People by the Federal Reserve Petiton
The Issue
Specifically, of what to do is allow everyone of the USA including children and perhap pets, with a consent based debit account, access to $3 per day of newly made money that is tax free and then raise each daily payment faster than expecting inflation, with the Federal Reserve determining the optimal amount and then allowing policy makers to reduce or increase spending and taxation based on their decisions. Presumably this would prevent crime and violence by allowing people including children who could share their account and perhaps opened Trump accounts as usage with consent of their children.
The long and wordy description that follows is the best I could do to describe the reasoning behind this suggestion above especially thanks to my brother Dr. Jesse Ó’Coileáin. The aliens I have been working with are Dr. Alfred Ó’Coileáin and family of him Dr. Christen Ó’Coileáin, Dr. Elly Ó’Coileáin and Dr. MedicalPerfectionator Ó’Coileáin and I hope humanity someone someday may give them the Earthly honors they deserve. This has been my life’s work as Jónótdón Ó’Coileáin. I owe the mothers and fathers of my life such as Rosemarie Wronka Ó’Coileáin and Tom Francis Ó’Coileáin, Jr. Esquire, my sister Dr. Kristen Rose Ó’Coileáin, my daughter Saoirse, and our dogs Lincoln and Kirby everything I have remaining of my lifetime. Kiran and Prathima O’Coileáin of have saved my soul.
Under the presumption that individuals know best how to spend their own money, the government should grant a UBI or UNIVERSAL ADDITIONAL INCOME FOR ALL to all. The current arbiter of the money supply in the USA is the Federal Reserve, who could make a taxless UBI with limited inflation. All children deserve daily financial dignity guarantee from the government. Nobody should be forced to work or go through school to keep a humble home if it unnecessary for the feedership of the nation.
The Federal Reserve System manages the money supply in the United States, primarily with interest rates and loans. As industrialization has grown, it is reasonable that the Federal Reserve would begin to grant a free, basic income to every human, perhaps on the order of a few dollars per day or more, to remediate poverty and allow individuals to act more rationally than they would be able to do so otherwise. I would call that a Universal Basic Income or a Universal Foundational Income. Because distribution would be equal, there would be no reason to require taxes to pay for this program.
To encourage the end of localized currency scarcity, Congress should direct the Federal Reserve to promote economic well-being through a tax-free UBI on the basis that every person should have access to money creation of their own currency. It would seem reasonable, under equality of law, that they would grant the tax-free UBI to every human within reach, and any peaceful members of any other species who could make appropriate use of it.
A universal basic income to end poverty would be universally equal, accessible and basic in its nature as exchangeable with others to gain enough goods or services to cover some fundamental needs without incurring significant inflation on its own, and thus, rise faster than inflation so that someday all would be guaranteed financial dignity.
Over time, the basic income would rise faster than inflation, as the share of employment which is non-necessary or preferred would decline overall.
Before industrialization, a vast majority of Americans were farmers and hunters. Widespread use of currency was not necessary the way it is today. As technology has advanced, the government has accepted the existence of alternative forms of currency, such as cryptocurrency. eToro does have a cryptocurrency that intends to create a UBI. It is time that the government innovated on its own currency in a way that helps every person and brings the freedom promised in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, though I personally would not want to see digital currency completely overtake cash.
A UBI would not be intended to exclude other forms of income or financial gain.
Please sign, share, and contact your representatives to express the importance of financial independence for every individual through a taxless UBI for all. Separately I have also made a petition for an income grant for every woman and child, which could exist along with this UBI or in addition, to reduce their subjection to coercion that has existed for too long.
Presumably, the Fed would want to maximize the real value of the taxless UBI over time. Since all people need some money on modern society, IRS should let this one daily payment remain taxless, and that should be recommended by the Federal Reserve and Congress. Although we may be limited to US citizens at first, it would be reasonable to extend this program to citizens of countries with significant USD reserves as our money supply affects them significantly.
