People are not desexing their cats,  there is to many  irresponsible owners.   There has to be a law to stop  the breeding and dumping of kittens.  Compulsory Desexing and registration is the only answer.  Cats have kittens, and people just want to get rid of them,  they all say free to good homes,  once the kittens leave the owner,  they are free to breed, unless, the person taking it has it desexed.  People don`t realise how quick a cat  becomes pregnant and how many kittens  1 cat  can have in each litter.  Everyone wants a little ball of fluff,  but that little ball of fluff,  soon grows up.  This  problem has become overwhelming and numbers are out of control.  This problem has to end and very quickly.  There is so many organisations to ask for help and places you can surrender these felines to.
