We understand that it can take years to open a new store, so we want to get the process started as soon as we can. Milledgeville has a population of approximately 20,000 people. However, we are home to Georgia College & State University and Georgia Military College, so we welcome thousands of additional college students as residents each year. Not only that, but we are close to Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee, which bring in many tourists throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons. We are also surrounded by smaller communities - such as Gray, Haddock, Madison, Eatonton, Greensboro, Sparta, and Buckhead - so plenty of customers will happily come into town to shop at Target.

Right now, a large portion of us drive almost an hour to get to the nearest Target, but we would be frequent customers if one opened up in town. Please open a Target store in Milledgeville, GA!
