Ever since I was a child I loved running with a shopping cart, jumping up on it and riding on the back of it. Sadly after many years of consuming delicious Market Pantry items I've become too heavy to ride safely without the cart tipping backward. I believe Target has a responsibility to all consumers to ensure that an adult of up to 175 pounds can safely ride a shopping cart without worrying about it tipping back.
