We must get the minuimum standards raised for the health & welfare of our loving pets and animals that can't speak for themselves and are living in cruel environments! 

Simply providing the bare minimum of food, water and shelter is not enough. They should be providing adequate amenities and how about some love? 

Standards MUST be raised NOW.  Dogs living in and 4x4 covered pen is NOT enough and the people who own such animals do not deserve to have them. These people allowing these animals to live in such conditions are doing nothing but causing harm and and unfair living conditions to these poor souls! 

Please sign if you have a heart for animals and don't want to see the pets and animals go uncared for and unloved any longer.  Imagine their sadness and pain?!
