The discussion and support for symphysiotomy survivors continues in the Irish Times today. The government has still not clarified why Judge Harding Clarke has not by right returned the copies of all records submitted to the Scheme by applicants, as stated would happen in the Scheme's own terms, at the outset. Why look for consent to shred at all? Why not just return all these records?
